Absolutely unreal ! My husband checked himself and my son in at the same time and my husband was called up for his haircut but never my son ! We watched about 8 people get there haircut and my son was never called up . His name was literally right below my husbands so his name should have been called next ! This “check in online” system makes no sense and honestly just pisses people off ! It’s an unfair system ! Also , all the girls on staff were extremely slow ! I watched all of them take there sweet time cleaning up their stations knowing that they had a salon full of people waiting ! Terrible service ! We ended up just taking our son to snip its where we usually go anyways ! Never again ! Some advice , stop taking check in’s online ! It’s unfair and an unorganized system !

Just got my haircut and washed and couldn’t be happier. Victoria was A+ with the hair cut and A++ with customer service. Definitely will recommend and return.
